There are many ways to be healthy from the cheapest, even free, until the expensive one. This is 5 ways which can be done by everyone without take many cost.
1. Eat healthy and nutritious food
- don't eat to much. It's better to take little but more frequent
- breakfast is important
- don't eat to much at night
- eat more vegetables and fruits
2. Eat vitamin
- it's better to take multivitamin
- consume at proper dosage
- but if you have eat enough vegetable and fruit, you can consult to a doctor if you need more vitamin or not
3. Just move
- it's better to use escalator than lift
- do exercise at least 3 times/ week, 30 minutes each.
- you can do other exercise such as, washing a car, run with your pets or other activities you like.
4. Sleep enough
- don't sleep too night
- it's better to take 8 hours a day
5. Drink
- dehidration can cause many health problem
- depends on the situation, at least drink 2 liter / day
- this not include alcohol
